Rebecca Green

Professor of Law, William & Mary Law School

Rebecca Green is a Professor of Law at William & Mary Law School where she teaches courses in Election Law, Redistricting & GIS, Contract Law, Privacy Law, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Professor Green co-directs the Election Law Program, a joint project of the Law School and the National Center for State Courts, a project providing resources for judges deciding election disputes. A member of the American Law Institute, she also serves as Associate Reporter for the ALI’s forthcoming Restatement of the Law of Election Litigation.

 

Professor Green earned her B.A. in Political Science from Connecticut College, an MA from Harvard University, and is a cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School.
